3. Both parties confirm that the lease of agricultural land signed on 18 June 2013 will remain valid until the date of payment. That is, Part B still has the lease of 800 mu of agricultural land on the Longgou mountain for 30 years. Without the permission of Part B, Party A may not lease the land to other third parties. This Agreement is based in Chinese and in duplicate having the same legal effect. The lender and borrower each have a copy. 10.7 This Agreement is entered into four times, with each party having one copy having the same legal effect. This contract is concluded in two sentences, which have the same legal effect. Each party holds a set, and the others are used to carry out appropriate legal procedures. The term “subcontract” means that, on the basis of the basic or special contract, the contract signed by both parties after the consent of the creditor contains the contents of each amount, the maturity date and other rights and obligations.
The subcontract is an integral part of the basic or special contract having the same legal effect. The forms of contract may vary depending on the needs of the company, such as the application of L/C, invoices or any other means deemed appropriate by the creditor. If the framework agreement and the subcontract have a different part, the subcontract takes effect. III. This Addendum shall consist of four copies and each Party shall have one copy having the same legal effect. This addendum shall enter into force after being signed and endorsed by Parts A, B, C and D. In an Act of Parliament of 1546, the phrase “in all respects, constructions and purposes” was used to indicate that King Henry VIII had unlimited power to interpret laws. Apparently, people in England liked the phrase – but not the “constructions” part. After that, the term appeared in legal documents and other writings in forms such as “in all respects” and “in all respects.” Today, that last phrase has survived — mostly in British English — and “for all intents and purposes” has become popular in American English.
14.5 This Agreement is drawn up in the Chinese language and may be executed in one or more copies, all of which have the same legal effect. Either party may make additional copies of this Agreement. This Agreement is drawn up in Chinese and English and has the same legal effect. In the event of any content conflict or agreement between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. This Agreement has two counterparts, each party being in possession of an original. All counterparties have the same legal effect. 2. This Agreement shall be drawn up in duplicate, one copy for each Party and each copy having the same legal effect. All issues not mentioned in this document will be resolved by both parties through consultation.
This Agreement is duplicated and each party shall have a copy with the same legal effect. Valid from the date of signature by both parties. 10.7 This Agreement is signed four times and all copies have the same legal effect. Each party has a copy. 4.2 For all other matters not covered by this Agreement, the Parties may enter into a complementary agreement by consultation and mutual agreement. Any addendum to this Agreement constitutes a valid part of this Agreement, which shall have the same legal effect. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Addendum, the Addendum shall prevail. The Parties may make amendments to this Agreement and attach them as an Annex. The annex (if any) and the contract have the same legal effect. 22.6The contract is concluded in four versions with the same legal effect. Each of the A, B and/or has one. 10.3 Anything not covered herein shall be specified in a supplementary written agreement entered into by the parties through negotiations.
This Addendum forms an integral part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect. In the event of any conflict between the Addendum and this Agreement, the Addendum shall prevail. This Agreement is written in Chinese and English in triplicate. The secured creditor, the secured creditor and Part C shall each have a copy having the same legal effect. In the event of any content conflict or agreement between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. The agreement is concluded in duplicate and each of them has the same legal effect. The agreement enters into force as soon as it is signed (stamped) by both parties.
